Throughout our website, we may use forms that allow users to get in touch directly with us at Brand Twelve about our services or for general enquiries. We only ask for the information we would like as it'll help us best suit your needs. This is completely optional and you are free to call us or email us.
By filling in our form and submitting your details, you allow us to contact you regarding your enquiry. We store the information entered into our database for up to 90 days at which time, all information is deleted. This information is never sold and is held securely on our secure servers. An SSL certificate is used on our website.
Website Use
As a digital agency, we're focused on providing the very best online experience for our users. To do this, we utilise a variety of software that allows us to monitor how users use our website. This includes recording user activity and user journeys. The data collected from this activity is the users IP address, browser, platform and the times of website use. No names or personal details are collected.
Live Chat
To offer immediate service and contact, we utilise Crisp Chat across our website. When creating a conversation, we ask for your name and email address. When responding to a live chat alert, you may chat with just your email address and sometimes without. We only ask for your name and email address. This information is only stored for 14 days (in most cases a couple of days) and then your conversation via live chat is completely deleted (not archived).
After the conversation has finished, you'll receive an email with the live chat transcript. It is your responsibility to delete this email in accordance with the GDPR. Any personal / identifiable information within this transcript is given at your own risk. We will never sell your data or hand it to anyone. We will only use to contact you should you explicitly state that you're happy for us to do so.

Google Analytics
When someone visits our website, we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Only an IP is recorded for a length of 26 months as per Google Analytics' default term.

To get the most from our website, we use cookies that allow us to track what users actually do on our website. This data does not collect any personal information. We use Google Analytics for this.
